It reveals that enterprises are increasingly concerned about the security of their cloud assets, both on- and off-platform.
However, this concern is not being reflected in the many organizations that have surveyed.
Only 7% of respondents claimed to have 100% of their Saa’s stack monitored, while 68% reported that they were monitoring less than half their SAS stack.
This indicates that attackers are increasingly sophisticated in their attacks against enterprises using automation and denial-of-service tactics.
According to the report, manual audits and cross-industry audits are inadequate to address the entire value chain of the cloud.
