Google’s AI tools embrace the dream of the helpful paper clip

Google showed off some of its new artificial intelligence tools at its developer conference.

One of them was Duet, which it calls “Duet AI for Google Workspace.”

It includes a collection of AI-infused tools such as Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.

The company claims that Duet is better than other productivity tools like Microsoft Office Copilot and Duet because it can teach you the basics of how to use their software.

That said, it doesn’t take away from the value of the content that the generative AI spits out.
