Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, announced to investors that the company is looking to introduce AI agents to its apps in order to create useful and meaningful experiences for its 2 billion daily users.
This AI technology will be used for chat experiences in WhatsApp and Messenger, visual creation tools for posts in Facebook and Instagram, and ads.
Additionally, Meta is no longer behind in building its AI infrastructure and will be releasing generative AI products in the coming months.
Meta is also continuing to focus on the metaverse, with the planned debut of the next Quest VR headset later this year.
