According to a report from Business Insider, Jassy tells discouraged employees that returning to the office “It’s not going to work out for you.”
This message is repeated in a meeting recorded by Insider.
It comes after Jassy told workers in an earlier meeting that if they can’t disagree and commit to staying in the office at least three days a week, it probably won’t work outfor them at Amazon.
That clearly hasn’t changed Amazon’s position on the matter.
