The FTC v. Microsoft hearing kicked off today as I expected.
The FTC is concerned about Microsoft making Activision games, including Call of Duty, exclusive to Xbox in the future.
No effing way The FTC quickly moved on and called Matt Booty, head of Xbox Game Studios, to the stand.
Matt was not happy about Microsoft games on GeForce Now initially.
The X Boss is up nextDay two will start at 8:30 AM PT / 11:30AM ET today.
Here’s hoping that day two goes well.

It’s a case of US government vs. MICROS Interactive Corp. filed suit against a company called Sony over alleged copyright infringement.
