Well folks, looks like we might need to buy some Smell-O-Vision sets for our TVs if we want to watch shows the same way. Scientists found our sniffers can tweak how we see colors. Yep, your schnoz has more control than you thought! Turns out our brains mix together signals from our senses, so a whiff of coffee makes us see more brown, while lemon smells add more yellow and green. Cherry and caramel change things up too. The researchers had people stare at colored screens in smelly rooms to figure it out. No word yet on how less common smells impact our peepers.
