A web version of Threads, Meta’s commenting service, has been missing since the service began.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the company is working on adding it to its competitor, X, and it will launch in the next few weeks.
However, the WSJ says that its sources say the feature’s “launch plans aren’t final and could change.”
A week ago, Mosseri posted on Threads that the company had been testing an early version of the web version for a week and that it “ needs some work.
Before wide release, however, the feature was promised to have features such as improved search.
Meta will launch the web versions of its commenting service later this week, according to a report in TheWall Street Journal.
