Insulin Savings Automatic Coupons from Amazon Pharmacy

In order to make it easier for people with diabetes to access their medication, Amazon.com offers a new type of discount on its online pharmacy.

Called the Coupon Door, the feature lets customers apply coupons to prescriptions automatically.

The company claims that it is designed to help ensure people living with diabetes can easily access the treatments.

For example, if a patient orders a 28-day supply of an injectable medicine and is uninsured, the company charges $56.40 per dose for the policyholders who have insurance, but it charges just $35 for those who are not insured.

Using the code will automatically apply the reduced price to the meds.

The price dropped significantly after I logged in to Amazon Pharmacy.

Charles Henderson, CEO of the American Diabetes Association applauds the company for making this change
