When Wired heard that Christopher Nolan and his wife were planning to make a biopic of J. Robert Oppenheimer, we were perplexed.
We know that he loves science fiction just like us, and he has a real love of the sciences, but we had never heard of him before.
But toward the end of my conversation with Nolan, he told me, Everything we do is in lockstep.
Even though our previous movie was based on a real scientist, there is a reference to this one in Tenet
[Nolan’s previous movie], which means that they are in fact in step with each other when it comes to science-obsessed topics like Dr. Biondello.
