This is one of the first signs of a shift in how we use the chatbot in the future, where agents will be tasked with more dangerous business, like booking flights or contacting people on behalf of clients.
Autoplay illustrates this shift in thinking about the future by describing a scenario from his point of view where finding an email address is relatively easy but finding someone’s mistakes are not.
