Google’s Arts & Culture app adds AI-generated postcards with poems

Emma Roth / The Verge Emma uses Google’s Arts and Culture app to create a poem postcard using poems generated by the company’s artificial intelligence engine.

The poem is a limerick about fried dough.

Poem postcards live within the Arts and Culture app and website, where you can choose from various types of poems to generate.

The AI will then combine all of the poems into a poem that you can share with friends like the one I created about The Scream and fried dough .Google says the poems are generated using its PaLM 2 large language model.

This year, the company launched the PaLM2 platform, which it says was first used to create educational tools for schools around the world.

It didn’t exist before.
