Elon Musk is in a custody battle with his ex-girlfriend Grimes over their three children. Grimes has tried to serve Musk with custody papers 12 times, but he has evaded service every time. He’s been to X headquarters, Tesla, and even the home of Shivon Zilis, the Neuralink executive with whom he had two more children. Musk’s security guards have been instructed to not let the process server in. It’s a bizarre legal strategy, but it’s working for Musk.
