Since investing in Twitter, Elon Musk has been trying to rid the platform of bots and spammy accounts. But Russian trolls have been using one of his posts to push pro-Kremlin messages, most notably a meme he posted about a schoolboy farting next to a cute girl in class. A group of volunteers who track Russian-language information on X find that Russian bots have been heavily praising Musk and taunting him with images of him in Russian military uniforms. Three independent experts review the findings from Antibot4Navalny and conclude that these are likely part of a coordinated campaign.
