AppOmni releases its State of SaaS Security Posture Management Report, which indicates that enterprises are increasingly concerned about the threat from ransomware in the cloud.
However, despite their efforts, only 21% of enterprises have reported having no incidents in the last twelve months.
Despite AppOmns high opinion of the value of the cloud as a security platform, 79% of companies have at least one incident per year.
The report concludes with the thesis that only with a strong SSPM solution and a strong cybersecurity program can you shift perceptions of confidence from saaS cybersecurity confidence to actual SAAS cybersecurity confidence.
