ChatGPT’s Conservative Alter Ego

Elon Musk recently announced plans to create TruthGPT, a competitor to OpenAI’s ChatGPT, which he believes displays woke bias.

David Rozado, a data scientist, has taken a language model and fine-tuned it to express more conservative viewpoints.

He also plans to create more liberal and depolarizing language models, which will be available this summer.

Despite the admirable goals of Rozado’s project, the problem of settling on an objective truth and teaching it to language models may prove to be the biggest obstacle.
