OpenAI’s Chat service is so popular that it’s had to pause new signups. The company’s CEO, Sam Altman, tweeted that the “surge in usage” after its recent DevDay conference has exceeded capacity. “We want to make sure everyone has a great experience,” he said. OpenAI also said that on November 11, all its services including DALL-E and Chat were down, but it has since fixed the issue.
