Celsius Network aims to begin customer repayments by year-end as its bankruptcy reorganization plan nears final approval, though some creditors object.
Celsius would repay creditors partially in Bitcoin and Ethereum along with stock in its new Bitcoin mining company.
However, legal hurdles remain as a judge evaluates the plan and regulators review it.
If approved, it would allow Celsius to emerge from bankruptcy after freezing customer withdrawals in June 2022.
