Blind Microsoft customers can now get real-time sight with Be My Eyes AI

#shorts #tool #AI #Eyes #Microsoft Visually impaired Microsoft users can now get help from a digital assistant tool called Be My AI. The tool is integrated into Microsoft’s Disability Answer Desk, and it can help users resolve technical issues or perform tasks like updating software. After testing the tool earlier this year, Be My Eyes found that it resolved inquiries in four minutes on average, which is less than half the average call time with human agents. In addition, only 10 percent of users chose to talk to a human customer service representative after interacting with the AI tool.
