Beefalo are a breed of cattle bred by humans to produce more economical and easier to manage cattle.
They are also known as cattalo in the United States, but in Europe they are known as European bison.
It has been a long time since Europeans have seen wild bison, and in July 2022, three female bison make history when they are reintroduced to a reserve in Kent, England, making them the first wild-roaming bison in Britain for thousands of years.
In October of the same year, they welcome baby bison hooves back to the wild.
