Amazon is quietly shutting down Amp, its live radio app launched just last year.
The app allowed anyone with an Amazon account to host live shows with music and call-ins.
But after cutting half its staff and losing users, Amazon decided to pull the plug.
Amp joins Clubhouse and Spotify’s live audio efforts on the scrap heap as pandemic fads fade away.
