The Wall Street Journal reports that Amazon is slashing the number of private-label brands it offers on its marketplace.
Previously, Amazon had offered more than 45 different private-brand brands.
Today, it will offer only three in-house brands, including Amazon Essentials, Amazon Collection, and Amazon Aware.
The company is also ditching some furniture brands, the WSJ reports.
Over the years, Amazon has created dozens of private label brands across a variety of departments.
These brands include ones such as Solimo, Wag, and Mama Bear.
However, this cutback will leave Amazon with just three in house clothing brands.
Amazon announced earlier this year that it would be offering fewer private-branded items on its Marketplace.
It will also be selling products from more countries around the world.
